Bringing you a new type of store is our goal.  Our business is owned and operated by Angie and Amanda, a mother and daughter team who are both former educators. We may be new to brick & mortar but have been acquiring and selling items online for over 20 years. 

Our philosophy is to provide high quality items that are in like new condition at lower prices.  We want to be the store for everyone so we have a mix of men's and women's sizes from Small to 4X.  We buy closeouts and from individuals and estates.  

Customer service is our highest priority.  We love to meet and talk to new customers.  We offer very competitive prices for selling or consigning your items.  We will bend over backwards to make sure you have a good experience.  If by chance you have a bad experience with a purchase we will make it right.

Another part of our philosophy is to provide a clean and organized store. We have set ourselves apart from others by creating a boutique atmosphere that is a cut above your average resale store.

Do you accept returns?

 

As with most resale stores we consider all sales final.  If you have an issue with the items quality we will always make it right.

 

When are your buying hours?

You can drop off clothing any time we are open.  Our buyer is typically here from 12 pm to 4 pm Monday through Friday.  If you drop off we will notify you when your items are ready for pick up.  We recommend if you need to wait for your items you call ahead.  If you have over 10 items please call and make an appointment.  If you have a closetful we can come to you and haul it off for you.

 

What items do you purchase?

We purchase clothing, shoes and accessories for women and men.  Items must be seasonal to the current shopping season.  Items must be freshly laundered.  We do not accept items with smoke or mildew smells.  We do not accept items with animal hair.

How do you decide what to offer on customer purchases?

There are many factors we look at including style, brand and condition.  We decide on the items we want to sell and return the rest.  We give you 25% to 35% of our sales price.  For example, we are going to sell it for $10 you get anywhere between $2.50 - $3.50.

 

Do you offer consignment services?

 

We do have a consignment agreement that can be used for more expensive items typically $50 or more.  In a consignment you do not receive payment unless the item sells.  Once it sells we deduct any fees from the purchase price and pay you 60%.  Items sold online will have a 30 day hold on funds do to online return policies.  You will be notified once your item sells and we can mail a check or you can pick it up in store.
